数ある宗教には死後の世界に天国と地獄が存在するものが多く、私も「正直者でいれば天国に行ける」なんて聞いたことがあります。

天国では協力して豊かな社会を作ってインフラを整え、豊かな緑と綺麗な川がある一方で、地獄では争い、モノを破壊し、空は黒く染まり、河には赤い水が流れます。
At the heaven, people cooperates each other and construct the city, and it has green mountain and clear river, but the sky is died to black and there is red river in the hell.
実際にどんな天災にあっても、資源が無くても、天国を作る人は最後には天国に住み、
どんなに豊かな資源があっても、環境が平和でも地獄を作る人は最終的には地獄に住みます。
Actually, how many time they faces to the disaster, the people who create the heaven will live in the heaven. On the other hand, how the environment is nice and they has natural resources, the forces of evil should create the infernal regions at last.

Furthermore, sometime, they got tired of ordinary life and want to be excited.
一方で地獄では、状況を憂いたものが徳を説いて、その人に救いを求める人が出てくるかもしれません。
At the hell, the person who expound the ethic can be appeared, and the person can get believer in the case.
その後、天国では、どのように良い環境を保ちつつ、人々の欲求を満たすことができるかという点が課題になり、地獄では、どのように人々を統治し、健全な社会を作っていくかという課題が出てくるのかもしれません。
After all, probably, the citizen of the heaven seek the way to make up their desire, and how to share the sense of the public to all of them and keep environment peacefully.
The citizen of the hell is required to find the way to govern the society and ease the pain of each other from war on the street.
実際の世界は天国でも地獄でもありません。
Actual society is not the heaven nor the hell.
社会の中でも詐欺師は囁きます。「貴方の望みをなんでも叶えてあげよう。だから私に権利を預けなさい」と。
In the society, a slicker whisper to your sense of justice and says ”entrust your right so that I can realize all of your hope”.
地上の平和を自らの死後の安息や金、もしくは地位に換えるものもいます。
Somebody converts the peace on the earth to their ticket to the heaven after their death, large amount of bucks, or their higher status in the society.
その一方で誰かを救うために、社会を良くするために懸命な努力を続ける人がいます。
The other groups continue their effort to help others and improve the environment.
この地上に於いて、天国とは神様からのプレゼントではなく、私たちが追い求め、作り上げ、近づこうとするものなのかもしれません。
So I get the idea the heaven is not the gift from the god, but we need to seek the way, create, and try to get closer to there on the earth.
そこにたどり着くには、正義感だけではなく、理解力や知恵や、判断力も必要とされ、混沌とした情勢の中では更なる努力が必要とされるでしょう。
To get to there, not only sense of justice, but also the respect, knowledge, and intelligence is required.
At the chaotic modern world, Probably, we need more effort to be wise and more effort to make the better world.
